green signifies growth.
grey spaces are in-between times.
wisdom is found in grey areas.
grey spaces hold potential.
Times of transition often feel overwhelming! Whether it be between relationships, jobs, life stages, or identities, it is easy to believe we are stuck. In-between spaces have so much power, though, and they are when our development has the most potential! With compassion, mindfulness, humor, warmth, education, coaching, and new perspectives, you can tap into a sense of direction, elevating your life. Coping strategies and life hacks are often simple but they are FAR from easy. We are not meant to grow alone! Expert support goes a long way.
The Green-Grey Spaces Team

Founder, Therapist
Sarah Grace has always believed that healing happens through deepened connection—with others, nature, animals, and ourselves.
As social beings, humans thrive with the encouragement, feedback, and presence of others. When people struggle to meet their goals, it is often because they need more support—something Sarah Grace understands deeply.
In her roles as counselor, professor, friend, partner, and family member, she continually explores how to facilitate and grow through meaningful connections. With over ten years of experience in both counseling and education, she is honored to walk alongside clients through the “grey” times in life. She has found that a mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy approach (MBCT) serves her clients—and herself—especially well.
Clients often describe her style as warm, authentic, playful, and gently challenging. With humor, ease, and new perspectives, she helps individuals transcend their current struggles and move toward their best selves.
Sarah Grace particularly enjoys working with adults navigating life transitions such as graduating from college, career shifts, breakups or divorce, grief, depressive episodes, and relationship challenges. Her therapy dogs, Orlo and Murray, often join sessions, bringing comfort, playfulness, and a grounding presence.
As one of the only therapists in her area specializing in Emotional Support Animals and Animal-Assisted Interventions, she also offers structured programs for those seeking a legitimate, trusted, and ethical ESA approval letter. She provides consultation for individuals exploring whether to enter a service animal relationship to support their mental health. (Note: she does not provide or train service animals.)

Orlo was rescued in 2022 at an estimated 6 months of age. Found critically underweight and with severe anxiety, he has overcome so much through his own training and healing! His favorite activities include playing his canine cognitive research video game, learning new behaviors with his student trainers, and relaxing confidently at the feet of his clients.
